As a Ham Radio Operator, this caught my eye on Twitter today. Over the years the term HAM as in Ham Radio has been defined different ways.
The ARRL defines a HAM as:
Ham -- An Amateur Radio operator licensed to operate amateur radio station.
I copied this definition of the word HAM from a Twitter post by WA1GOV. It is the exact same description found on the ARRL Ham Radio History page. It's just a interesting piece of history to enjoy.
